Country Living but close to town. You can see the stars and hear the crickets. This is a ground floor apartment that has vinyl flooring and carpeted bedrooms. The main bedroom has a generous walk in closet in addition to a coat closet in the living room and a clothes closet in the second bedroom. The stove and fridge are included and there's an on site laundry with commercial sized equipment. Half our residents are current or former Air Park employees. The apartment is smoke free. An apartment friendly dog will be considered but there will be a monthly fee and a damage deposit. Your lease is for one year. We have a paved, private parking lot and do not assign parking spaces. One parking space per lease signer (2 max). Most people, upon reading the lease say that it's common sense. Be a good neighbor - no late noise, share in the laundry room,. Be a good tenant - don't damage the apartment or the property. Give proper notice when it's time to move on. You pay your electric and internet/cable. The water/sewer and trash in included in the rent - about a $75.00 benefit.
