Affordable T1 HUD Apartments with Public Housing Subsidies Welcome to Highland Apartments, owned and managed by the Mondovi Housing Authority, a non-profit organization. Our main goal is to provide a secure and reasonably priced home for elderly, disabled, and independent residents. Income Qualification and Rent To become a potential resident, it is necessary to apply for and meet the income qualification criteria. Rent is calculated based on a percentage of your income, disregarding property value or medical expenses. Furthermore, the rent includes heat, electricity, water/flush, and waste disposal services. Additionally, we offer cable TV at a reduced rate of $60.00 per month, to be paid separately from the monthly rent. Telephone service is individually arranged and paid directly to the service provider, not included in the monthly rent. Apartment Features Our one-bedroom apartments are equipped with essential amenities for your comfort. Each bathroom includes emergency call buttons and showers. With ample storage capacity, multiple closets are available in every unit. Basic kitchen appliances and window coverings are also provided. Additionally, residents can enjoy outdoor patio or deck areas, and convenient off-street parking with accessible entrances. Community Facilities Our common grounds feature stunning outdoor gazebos, comfortable furniture, and meticulously maintained landscaping. Residents can socialize in our common building, which offers free laundry facilities and a meeting room equipped with tables, chairs, and a kitchenette. Across the street, there is a qualified clinic and nursing facility for your convenience.
