Our facility offers a secure residential housing facility with 51 apartment units, conveniently located near various neighborhood amenities. Age Requirement and Wheelchair Accessibility Residents at Beechview Manor must be at least 62 years old. However, we also accommodate individuals who are wheelchair-bound and younger than 62 years old, with designated handicapped apartments available for their comfort and convenience. Variety of Apartment Units Our apartment units cater to various needs and preferences. We offer eight efficiency apartments, six handicap accessible apartments, and the remaining units are one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, appliances, and cable-ready connections, allowing residents to set up their own cable connection for TVs or computers. Additionally, all apartments come with forced air conditioning and heating systems. Electricity and Water Included Beechview Manor covers the cost of electricity and water for all residents, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Our aim is to provide comfortable and worry-free housing for seniors in the Pittsburgh area. HUD Subsidies and Low Income Options Beechview Manor is proud to be part of the HUD equal housing program. We accept HUD subsidies and offer rent based on 30% of the resident's Adjusted Gross Income for eligible low-income individuals.
