Eligibility Criteria: Age Eligibility: To qualify for residency, individuals must be 62 years old or above. However, we also consider applicants who are 18 years old or older, but have a physical disability. Income Eligibility: The income eligibility criteria are as follows: - For a single person, the income should not exceed $27,500. - For two people, the combined income should not exceed $31,000.
