Affordable Housing in Minneapolis - MPHA currently manages forty-one apartment communities, which collectively offer 4,958 studio and 1-bedroom apartments. - Applicants aged 50+ or individuals with disabilities can apply for one or two-person households. - Applications can be submitted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 1001 Washington Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55401. - MPHA does not accept applications on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Application Requirements - Each applicant aged 18 or older must provide a valid picture ID issued by the state or U.S. government. - The ID should include the applicant's date of birth, or an acceptable alternative is a picture ID accompanied by a birth certificate. - MPHA requires applicants to provide their current address at the time of application. - Applicants must inform MPHA in writing of any changes in family composition or address. - Failure to provide a current address may result in the withdrawal of the application.
