Our community offers 100 units of two, three, and four bedrooms, each with a spacious area of 1270 square feet per apartment. Waiting Lists: We understand that most low-income apartments have waiting lists, which can sometimes take years until you can be called for openings. Apartment Rates: On many listing pages, we provide current apartment rates. Please note that most HUD listings do not have published rates. Instead, they are based on 30% of the renter's adjustable gross income. To determine if you qualify for income-based rent, you will need to contact the apartments directly.
