Income-Based Rent Calculation - If you qualify for low income housing and we have available apartments, our rental rates are based on a reasonable percentage of your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). - For HUD subsidized apartments, we determine rent based on 30% of your AGI, ensuring fair and affordable housing options.
