Important Information: Waiting Lists: Please note that most low-income apartments have waiting lists, and it may take several years before you are contacted for an available spot. It is advisable to join as many waiting lists as possible to increase your chances. Contact Apartments Directly: We provide contact information, including phone numbers and websites, so you can reach out directly to the apartments if they have any current openings or open waiting lists. Apartment Rates: We strive to provide current apartment rates on our listing pages. However, please keep in mind that most HUD listings do not have published rates. The rent is typically based on 30% of the renter's adjustable gross income. To determine if you qualify for income-based rent, please contact the apartments directly.
