Consisting of four buildings, each home has its own front entrance, providing residents with a sense of privacy and independence. Owned and operated by the Harwinton Housing Authority under the Town of Harwinton, Wintergreen is proud to be funded by the USDA Rural Development office. This allows us to offer rental assistance for eligible residents through the USDA-RD 515 program for the elderly.
