The rent for these apartments is determined by the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of the total apartments are designated for low-income tenants at reduced rates. Important Information: Waiting Lists: Many low-income apartments have waiting lists that can be quite lengthy. It may take several years before you are contacted for available openings.
